Consultation
Our consultation includes an on-site design discussion where we will listen to and discuss your priorities + preferences, take measurements + photos, assess existing conditions, and make recommendations. You will receive an estimate + design proposal that includes design + construction costs with plant and material photos + names.
The consultation fee is $50, which will be credited toward the design fee if you choose to move forward with the project.
Design
If you choose to move forward, we will schedule a design call to solidify budget and plant and material choices, to ensure we design within your preferences and budget. Your project will be added to our design and construction queue and you will receive a scaled, hand-sketched design plan, detailed plant list with maintenance guide, and final scope of work within 1-2 weeks.
We provide the additional items required for clients participating in rebate programs: square footage, coverage calculations, and construction receipt.
Design fees range from $750-1,000 depending on the size and scope of the project.
No surprise fees: We do not issue any additional charges once the scope of work is agreed upon and construction has started unless you request additional features and agree to the additional charge.
Build
Once you approve the design package and make any changes if needed, we will provide an estimated date of construction and time it will take to complete. Projects are typically scheduled within 3-6 weeks. During construction you can expect a clean, respectful, and efficient crew to complete your yard in 2-5 days. We believe in the quality of our work and all of our projects are tested to ensure everything is functioning.
Upon completion, we always perform a final walk through to answer any questions and show you how everything works. We ensure every client is satisfied with their new landscape before closing the project.
We are available by phone and email while you’re learning about your new plants and controller. If anything malfunctions in the first 3 months, we will repair it or reimburse for repairs and replace plants on a case-by-case basis.
Maintain
All of the landscapes we design and install are low-maintenance and drought-tolerant and for the little work that they require to look their best, we equip all clients with an ample amount of plant maintenance and irrigation guidance to set every client up for success.
