Land Park Lawn Conversion

This Land Park home is ready for the Sacramento heat waves (and the rebates, too!). This lawn conversion incorporated all our favorite elements: Topographical mounds, CA native meets Mediterranean plants, drip irrigation, a mix of rock and mulch. Photos taken 11 months after planting.
