American River Lawn Conversion

 The clients’ landscaping goal in in this regal American River Drive home was to modernize the landscape while reducing water usage and promoting the native ecosystem by converting their front lawn to drought-tolerant plants with natural yet organized aesthetic. They requested a mix of evergreen perennials, grasses and succulents, and after just a year, it has started to fill in nicely with more growth left to do.
