East Sac Lawn Conversion

The city’s lawn conversion program is helping residents reduce their water consumption and trade their lawn for drought tolerant plants. The cost for demolition, irrigation, plants, and mulch are all applicable for a rebate. A list of designers who participate is available on the city’s website and we would love to help you convert your lawn to native and drought-tolerant plants. This landscape installation also features lighting, a swale for drainage, steel edging along the property line, and Mexican Pebble between the new concrete paver path installed by a separate concrete contractor.

We worked with our client to edit the initial design and plant selection by Terran Design.  The final result blends clean and modern with classic and natural, to highlight this traditional East Sac home.
